What's with the name?

A shed load
<n> Northern British slang;
collective term used to describe a large amount of anything.

Traditionally speaking, a shed load of something is a large amount of it. Now we're Australian, not British, but it's still a term that's not unfamiliar to us, and one that we think is very relevant to managing your the inventory for your home or office.

You see, we've all got lots of important pieces of equipment hidden around our home and office - electronic goods such as computers and TVs, stereos and hi-fi sound systems, valuable tools of our trade and equipment. Some of us even have relics of computing from days of yore! In fact, we've usually got so much stuff that it's hard to keep track of - a whole shed load of important gear!

Whole Shed Load was built for us - to keep track of all of our gear in case of fire, theft or just to work out whether we ever owned a particular piece of equipment (it can be hard to remember sometimes!). We hope you find it useful for your home or office too.
